Securus Wins Prestigious Gold Stevie Award
Securus Technologies is one of the leading providers of criminal justice and civil technology solutions for corrections, monitoring and public safety. The company has recently been awarded the Gold Stevie for Best Customer Service Training. The Stevie Awards is in its eleventh year, and honors companies who excel in sales and customer service.
The Stevie Awards is also responsible for organizing many of the leading business awards programs in the world, including the International Business Awards and the American Business Awards. The event was held in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace on February 24 and more than 650 executives from all over the world were in attendance.
Over 2,300 nominations from groups of various sizes in several industries were evaluated to determine the ward winners for this year. Finalists were chosen by the average scores of 77 professionals from all over the world, who acted as independent judges. Entries were evaluated in 61 categories for contact center accomplishments and customer service, including the Award for Innovation in Customer Service, Consulting Practice of the Year and Contact Center of the Year.
Danny de Hoyos, the senior vice president of operations for Securus, stated that it is “great to be recognized” by the Stevie Awards and the industry colleagues who selected the company for the award. She shares that Securus has and will continue to make significant strides in customer service.
